Here you will find answers for some FAQs we receive.

  • Our primary on-site service area is in Northwestern New Jersey. It is a radius of approximately 15 to 20 miles around Hackettstown, NJ. This covers parts of Sussex, Warren, Morris, and Hunterdon counties. Some towns include Hackettstown, Newton, Sparta, Andover, Franklin, Allamuchy, Belvidere, Hope, Independence, Mansfield Township, Oxford, Mountain Lake, Port Murray, Hampton, Washington, Long Valley, Chester, Stanhope, Budd Lake, Hopatcong, Succasunna, and Dover.

    Many of our services can be offered remotely. If you’re a business in need of service, we’re happy to schedule a meeting to discuss your needs regardless of location. We actively support clients in other areas of the US outside of New Jersey.

  • No, because we come to you! Many of our customers like not having to leave their home to receive our top-notch services, and it keeps our overhead low so we can offer cost effective solutions to you.

    If you do prefer to bring your device to us, we can meet you at a predetermined location, or at one of our clients’ offices.

  • Absolutely! The choice is yours. We can come pick up your equipment and work on your issue in our environment. This is often easier if parts need to be ordered so multiple trips are not necessary. Additionally, some work can be time consuming due to its nature. The speed of some systems to complete tasks during a repair is also a large factor, making it less ideal to perform some work on-site.

  • In order to properly understand any issue, we will perform the needed diagnostics on the device. This will only incur a charge if no further work is desired, for instance, if the repair would outweigh the cost of a new system. If you decide to have us move forward with any service, the diagnostic fee is fully waived!

  • For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App, PayPal, and ACH Bank Transfers.

  • We work on all makes and models of laptops and desktop computers. This includes but is not limited to Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, as well as custom-built systems. We also have certified Dell technicians on staff.

  • Yes! We are computer enthusiasts and have been building custom computer systems for consumers since the late 90’s. We specialize in high performance gaming systems, but can custom design and build a system for any task.

    We are also authorized resellers and partners for many other products.

  • We certainly can. If your system can still get online, we can offer our professional services remotely to help clean up your system and remove any threats we find. For more serious issues, we can come to you.

  • We frequently work with businesses of all sizes on a massive portfolio of projects. We’d love to work with you too. We give flexible options for on-demand hourly billing, a retainer for a set block of time, or billing on a project basis.

  • At this time we do not provide repair services for phones or tablets. We specialize in computer systems and IT services.
